As postal office employees retired, new young personnel were hired to take their places. In 1974, after the recruitment of Dušan Josimović and Deže Barne (Barna Dezső), a new generation of postal workers was formed. Josimović started as a delivery person, and after 3 years and 6 months, he moved to the R counter. In later years, he worked in financial transactions, served as the chief cashier, and towards the end of his career, he took on the role of post office manager. For many years, as the chief cashier, Dušan Josimović distributed postage stamps for the Philatelist Association of Novi Bečej.
Being a member of the association himself, he had a deep understanding of stamp collectors, and he carefully stamped philatelic letters with commemorative postmarks. Alongside Dušan Josimović and Deže Barne, telegram delivery personnel, others who worked during this period included and still include: Nada Lalić – telephone operator, Marica Filipov – teleprinter and telegraph, Ivan Mirosavljev, Dušan Dujin, Biljana Makrin, Mladen Pauljev – "R" counter, later also the manager (2002–2007), Milan Fodok, Laza Cvejin, Miodrag Štefkić – delivery person, Goran Vujackov, Dragan Dan, Slavojka Bito, Slobodanka Radonjić, born Stevanović, Zoran Kurbanjev, Nikola Josimović, Ljubica Gavrić – manager since 2007, Aca Đorđević, Mila Hebek, born Pokimica, Antal Tarič, Robert Bito, Voja Koledin, and Nebojša Kurbanjev.
