Bowling in Novi Bečej has a long and rich tradition, and there is no doubt that Bowling Club "Jedinstvo" deserves a monograph worthy of its numerous team and individual achievements.
For years, I have been gathering material for a book about this sports collective, which will mark its 60th anniversary under the name "Jedinstvo" in 2012.
This year, in 2011, the women's team of Bowling Club "Jedinstvo" celebrates 30 years of existence, and this publication is a gift for the anniversary, the victory in the European Cup in 2000 in Skopje, and two national championship titles in 1993 and 2007.
Individual achievements, of which this exemplary sports collective has many, are not included due to limited space, but I hope they will be featured in one of the future books.
