Dr. István Janković

Dr. István Janković was born in 1949 in Novi Bečej. He completed elementary school at "Miloje Čiplić" in 1963 in the Hungarian language. He attended the "Ivo Lola Ribar" Gymnasium in Novi Bečej. He enrolled at the Faculty of Food Technology in Novi Sad and graduated in 1972.

Dr. István JankovićThat same year, he began working at the Faculty of Food Technology in Novi Sad as an assistant in the Department of "Food Analysis – Instrumental Analysis Methods." He earned his master's degree at the same Faculty in 1979 and his doctorate in 1990.

In 1991, he moved to Canada. He lives with his family in the Toronto area. He works as a manager in research and development of functional ingredients (additives) for the food industry.

As an author and co-author, he has published over 25 papers, mostly in the field of food analysis. He is also a co-author of a university textbook and a practical guide.
